Okay here are the requirements
250k army size min 500k preferred
10bil power min 30bil preferred
CO perferably within the alliance or no CO
There they are If you don't have these and still want to apply we do make exceptions but you will need a friend to vow for you

Ok I understand why you want them to have a CO in the alliance or no CO.... but does having themselves as CO count as no CO?.... im confused

Yeah no co or if your in the allaince and your your CO then you have a co in the allince
